    Additional Requirements
    ·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network), Telecommunication Engineer, Customer Support, IT System Management, ISP, IT Enabled Service
    ·         Hands on management and tuning experience with Network Appliance.
    ·         Familiarity with Mikrotik device, CISCO, Junipar, IP camera, DVR and NVR device.
    ·         Familiarity with the various flavors of the Windows, Centos and Linux operating systems.
    ·         Strong People Management Skill and able to work under pressure, Advanced analytical and logical problem solving skill.
    Capable to manage customers in any situation

    Additional Requirements
    ·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): LAN Establishment, Router configuration, Mikrotik router related problem solution.
    ·         To be confident to receive and solve different service related issues of 3000+ corporate Customers
    ·         Able to configure and maintain CISCO, MikroTik Router, Layer2 and Layer3 Devices
    ·         Basic Routing and switching Knowledge etc.
    ·         CCNA / RHCE will be highly preferable.
    ·         Must Have Knowledge to solve different local area network related issues.
    ·         Must be fluent in English & Bengali to Corporate Customers.
    ·         Knowledge on CISCO Router, Switches and Firewall Configuration
    ·         MikroTik Router configuration and troubleshooting.
    ·         Advance knowledge on windows troubleshooting.
